Step 1: Payment method First, make sure you can afford the services. See prices below. You can pay directly by credit card, or with money orders. ALL PRICES IN US $If you pay by money order, I will only be able to schedule your session after I receive payment. But otherwise, you should ONLY PAY AFTER I HAVE AGREED TO YOUR REQUEST. |

Step 2: Messaging software Install Yahoo Messenger. It works on nearly all systems. My yahoo ID is mind_mistress Online sessions are done on Yahoo Messenger. Phone sessions start on Yahoo, and when we're both ready to start, you make the call. Make sure you have a calling card, long distance plan that includes Canada, or voice over IP service such as Skype (click to go to their site) . International calls without a call plan can be extremely expensive. |

Step 3. Asking for a session For questions, you can go to the Contact page if you already have Yahoo Messenger and you know what you want, please go straight to the trance request form for therapy and spirituality requests, Adventure Hypnosis Sessions, or the French therapy form: Please use email to contact me until the technical issue is resolved. Linda is generally available for sessions that start at the following times EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Each one hour appointment is given two hours, to allow for setup time and chatting. Only changework time is charged. 11am and 11pm appointments are possible, but inconvenient. They cost double the normal session price.
4. Discuss your session
Discuss what you'd like over chat or email, and
a) Come to an agreement over the type of session (phone, online, in person...), and what will be done
b) Schedule your session. Generally, you'll be offered a session appointment time in response to your Trance Request Form, as long as you indicated your availability times for a week.
c) Pay, using the payment buttons, by credit card, or with money orders. Your payment reserves your time slot. You should pay a few days before the session, if at all possible, but at the very least 24hours before your session. If you have not paid 24 hours before your session, I will assume that the session is not happening.
d) Be aware that the first session is always 1 hour, and if hypnosis is chosen (as opposed to NLP for instance), it is used to teach trance skills and set the trigger word for going into trance quickly on following sessions. The next sessions will have more of what you asked for, because you'll be able to go rapidly back into trance when the hypnotist says your trigger word.
5. Show up for your session!
Whether by phone or online, I expect you to message me on Yahoo Instant Messenger at your appointment time. Go to the Contact page if you don't know how. If it's by phone, we'll then go either to phone, or use Skype.
I AM ALWAYS INVIBLE ON YAHOO INSTANT MESSENGER. Please send a message at your appointed time to mind_mistress and I'll answer. When I'mvisible, I get inundated with messages. If you want to talk, just message, and I'll answer when I get it.
And if you can't make it, please advise as early as possible!
